Review: Bob Dylan in Lowell

From The Examiner: Last night, Bob Dylan returned to Lowell, Massachusetts, home of Jack Kerouac, with the identical set list as the previous two nights. The evening, however, had an entirely different vibe than the previous night’s show in Kingstin, Rhode Island.

Outside of the Tsongas Arena, UMass Lowell staff members were distributing free pamphlets commemorating Dylan’s connections to Kerouac and the city, going back at least to 1975 and the Rolling Thunder Revue. Insidethe venue was the usual mix of seasoned concert veterans and college-aged students, and everything in between.
