A Feast of Dylan…

  • A quick guide to the feast of Dylan offerings this autumn.

Theme Time Hour returns-with special guests over the series Luke Wilson, John Cusack, Amy Sedaris, Jack White and Richard Lewis. The first theme is “Hello”. Future themes will include, “Young and Old,” “California,” “Dreams,” “Fruit,” “Something,” “Nothing,” “Streets,” “Parties,” and “Mail.”

Fall Tour with Elvis Costello kicks off in Duluth, Georgia, September 22.

Dylan 07 to be released October 1st.

The Other Side of The Mirror is to be aired on BBC4 on October 14, as part of a Dylan and Newport Folk Festival night.

I’m Not There opens to limited release, initially, in November. Variety has described I’m Not There as a “densely, idiosyncratic, cubist-like cinematic portrait of a man who often calls to mind Bob Dylan.”


Drawn Blank, the first exhibition of Bob Dylan’s art, watercolours and gouache paintings, opens Sunday, October 28 in Kunstsammlungen Chemnitz, Chemnitz, Germany.

Visions of Dylan, with contributions from Ronnie Wood, Patti Smith, Tracy Emin, Sadie Frost, Lily Allen, Peaches Geldof and more, opens at The Hospital, Convent Garden, London, from October 1.
