From Isis website:
“Bob Dylan has yet another art exhibition; this time in Italy.
“The New Orleans Series” contains paintings inspired by photographs. The works are set in 1940s and ’50s New Orleans and
to my untrained eye they look like some of the best work he’s done so far.
Staged at Royal Palace, 8 Piazza Duomo, Milan, the exhibition, which runs from Tuesday February 5 to March 10, contains 22 works
produced between 2008 and 2011. Dylan is quoted as saying, “I paint for people almost like a tailor makes a suit for someone”.
